A Day of Unexpected Animals!
Friday 15th of May was a normal day for Room 3 at Waipahihi School until a little bird visited our Classroom.
After that our Classroom turned into a zoo. We had birds, mice and fish, all within an hour!
Please read the following posts about our bizarre, exciting and surprising day.
We would really like you to comment on our posts.

Trout in the Classroom
Rylie brought in a trout her Dad had smoked.
Most of us had a taste.
It was delicious!
Some of us ate LOTS of it; Rylie, Josh, Kasper and Mrs Griffin!

Thanks Rylie and Dad (Shane) it was a wonderful treat for us!!!
Mice in the Classroom
We have a few mice in our Classroom so we set a mouse trap to catch them.
Guess what! We caught one!
Fantail in the Classroom
On Friday 15th of May a Fantail flew into our classroom during Sharing Time. This was a lovely, unexpected surprise. Our little feathered friend spent a few minutes chirping away to us then suddenly there was another surprise! Watch our video of the Fantail in our classroom, about half way through watch to the left.
The Fantail spent more time exploring our room...
